Box Deliveries

TNT or APC - Next Day Service

All other orders are delivered by courier as a next day service, and will require a signature.

A minimum of one delivery attempts will be made. Goods will be returned to us after 7 days of the one card if no signature is given after the minimum of one delivery attempts.

If you do not receive your order after 2 complete working days of dispatch please contact us and we will help resolve any issue.

All less than pallet loads will be sent via APC Nextday Overnight or DHL, charges are according to weight and quantity of items.

All orders received prior to 4.00pm will be dispatched same day (Monday-Friday) and are delivered on the next working day.

This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service.

Pallet Deliveries -

Pallex Network- Next Day Service or 3 Day Service

The next day service for all orders received prior to 2.00pm will be dispatched same day (Monday-Friday) and are delivered on the next working day and the 3 day service you should receive within 3 days there is a price difference in both service options please contact us with your postcode and we can give a quote to your address.

The more pallets booked the cheaper the delviery will cost.

All orders received over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

If we run out of stock or are in some way unable to process orders in time for next day delivery, although this is unusual we will contact you as soon as possible
