All prices exclude VAT and delivery at cost to mainland UK and Europe,please call for delivery quote.

Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by credit, debit card or cheque, (cheques - made out to Matrix Media solutions Ltd - have to clear through our bank prior to despatch ).
No card payment will be transacted until the goods are ready for despatch.

Delivery
We will arrange delivery to your address in UK normally next day or 3 day according to customer preference. European deliveries please ask for cost and delivery time.Our deliveries are mostly performed by a third party carrier.Please inspect goods at arrival time to establish whether any shortfall or damage has occurred in transit prior to signing for the goods.
All shortfalls in packs or damages to packing must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Missing or damaged goods – internally packed in boxes.
We recommend that you fully inspect product as soon as possible. We take every care to make sure that boxes are complete. In the unlikely event of any missing or damaged parts – identify relevant part no/nos and advise us with your order number by telephone. We will normally be able to despatch the relevant parts immediately to you at our cost.

Stock of goods
We endeavour to maintain adequate levels of stock but in the event of an item being unavailable at the time of order you will be advised as soon as possible.

Returns Policy
We require the goods returned to us by a safe delivery system in order that the goods remain in a saleable condition. The goods and their safe return are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our office. Customers are responsible for any return transit costs.
A full purchase refund will be made once returned goods have been inspected by Matrix Media solutions Ltd and found to be a suitable condition.
Matrix Media solutions Ltd retain the right to levy a charge for goods returned in a damaged or incomplete condition.
We recommend that, if you live close enough and at all possible, you visit our site in Bolton Greater Manchester to view our products ‘in the flesh’ before deciding to purchase.
All goods remain the property of Matrix Media solutions Ltd until paid for in full.
